Jummy strawberry pie

Last week my boyfriend and me made this Kimchi Nabe. It was a success, so we decided to make dessert type of food! We made pie O(≧∇≦)O! The self-made pie consists out of pastry and a strawberry filling.

This is the first time we ever made pie. I made pie before, but it was from those boxes you can get at the supermarket with some of the ingredients needed already in it. The box explains you how to make the pie step by step. Way more easy than this I think. This pie needed a more processional approach, lol.

 Me flattening the pastry.

So we had a bit of a hard time making the pastry, as for both we never made it. But it didn't took long before we discovered what we needed to add.

The final result before the pie went into the oven. The strawberry filling consisted out 250 gram of real strawberries! I think maybe more ( ・◇・). We also added sugars, flower, cinnamon and stuff.

After almost 50 minutes the pie was ready. The filling was not so pink anymore, but my, oh my!!! The smell filled the room quick. It was a sweet smell. Delicious!

The pie doesn't look very pretty. but the taste made up for it. After we become familiar with making pies we can focus more on the presentation, haha.

I'm not showing the ingredient list or how to make it, because it was just a try-out pie. Just enjoy the pictures and don't get to hungry, hehehehehe.

Do you know a nice recipe for a pie? I am thinking of cherry or peach pie. Sounds delicious too.

Thanks for reading my blog! Come back here anytime ^_^!

3W CLINIC - Olive Hand Cream

This is going to be a review about the Olive Hand Cream from 3W Clinic. The hand cream comes from Korea. I got it as a present for my birthday and haven't used it yet. My birthday is in December so that is almost a year now! Next to the Olive Hand Cream they also have hand creams with collagen, lemon, aloe vera etc..

The packaging states that this is a well-being soft moisturizing hand cream with subtle and rich long-lasting scent. So it is a moisturizing hand cream that softens the rough skin and it must be smelling nice too! Let's find out.

The picture from the olives on the front of the packaging gives the feeling that it is a natural product. There is not to much detail on it. Just simple and neat. Although there is a lot of text on the front. I think they wanted to show the English description by the first glance, haha.

The back of the box and tube packaging consist out of the Korean description of the product, as well for the English one.

I didn't make a picture of it, but the opening of the tube has a small hole. It makes it easy to push out the right amount of cream. The scent is very nice, but not strong at all and it doesn't last for long. The scent is creamy with a little olive pinch in it.

The texture is very soft. Putting it on my hand I could see the oils from the olives surrounding the white cream. I thought maybe it would be too greasy and sticky! But as the packaging states, it isn't sticky at all! I was surprised.

Aaaaaahh~ It's really good. My skin feels so soft after applying. Really, really soft and smooth. I will definitely use it all.

So the soothing olives and other extracts in this product definitely make the skin more soft and smooth. It moisturizes deep into my skin and my hands stay like that for a long time. Whuaaa, my hands feel so soft :).

Of course my experience with the product might not apply to you!

I advise you to wash your hands first and then apply the cream so it absorbs well.

  • Packaging is very classy and simple
  • The tube contains a good amount of product for you to use a long time
  • You only need to use a little bit for both hands
  • It makes your hands super soft
  • It moisturizes deep
  • Fresh scent
  • It is cheap! Go check it out.
  • A bit too much text on the packaging

Yeah, I am really content about this product!

I noticed this on the side of the packaging.

Thanks for checking out my post ^_^. Have a super duper nice day!

Kimchi Nabe

こんにちはみなさん!!A week ago I ate a simple yet delicious dinner. It was cheap and healthy, all at the same time. It is called Kimchi Nabe. This was the first time I ate it and I have to say it is really good! My boyfriend came up with the idea to make this. We made plans to pick a random recipe from the internet and cook it together. So we did :).

Kimchi Nabe is actually a kind of hot pot soupy dish. Mostly people have a portable gas hob in the middle of the table with the hot pot on it. There are a bunch of ingredients in the pot, from meat to vegetables. The pot gets refilled with ingredients until everybody ate enough. It is great for parties and gatherings I think.

We went to the Oriental supermarket to get the necessary ingredients. This was the result:

Chinese cabbage.

I think these are Enoki mushrooms.

As for on the side we wanted some rice too. I love this Japanese rice.

 Some been sprouts.

Pork meat.

Leek. I was dancing around and singing like Hatsune Miku, but my boyfriend didn´t get it lol.

A kind of Kimchi paste. This is so jummy!

We sliced up some ingredients and added what was needed before we put it on the stove.

I was really amazed by the taste. It was spicy tho, because of the kimchi. I am not so comfortable with spicy food haha. My mom never cooked spicy foods when I was younger.

How do you think it looks? Have you ever ate this? Maybe you ate a different kind of Nabe, because there are more O_O! <3.

ありがと for reading my post today! More are to come. Have a great day :).

Some random updates!

Well, hello there my sweet readers. I was thinking about updating you guys about what is going on through my mind and what I have been up to lately. Because it is a lot! Not that I am going to give you a lot, but rather I want to share some things that might be interesting for you. And yeah, also just some stuff I want to type down, lol.

So currently I am studying Bio-informatics. Far away from everybody I know, far away from everything that is known to me. This was a big decision, but it was one the best ones I've made so far.

For some it might sound really logical or even like common sense, but I really wanted to do something with school what I would love, something that would be so interesting to me.. that, with every step I would take.. I would really learn something new. Not just learn something temporary to pass a test. No, not like that.

Most of the time I start something and when I get really far I don't take it to the next level. I never really accomplished something. I say this like this, because I have quite high standards. To other people it might seem I have done so much already. I have got to places were other people want to go to. But I kind of got there without giving it my all. Giving it my heart.

Now I want to change that and give it my all, my heart. Not only with my education. With life too. Thanks to all that happened in the summer vacation my eyes are more open and I am full of new experiences. Experiences that I treasure and take with me.

I take everything one step at a time. Make small goals for myself to achieve the big ones. Without creating the habits needed for what you really want, it is not going to happen. Now I have found myself in a brighter and better light than before. Also my environment (the people around me, places I go to etc) have become much better.

Now that I got this stronger and cleaner base for myself I can do anything :).

Future plans
I got so much on my mind that I want to do. Like really so much and there is also so much good stuff happening.

As I told you in some other blog entry of mine I want to air a new youtube channel. I want to make a new start with it. I need to obtain nice video editing skills, the wright equipment, interesting contents, start uploading video's regularly etc. etc.. I am making plans for it so far. It is going to be like a job for me, haha. It will air for sure next year around February. Maybe even earlier.

As for Facebook I want to make a page for Kasumikriss, theehee. Because now I always make people aware of new blog entries on my own facebook profile and twitter account. I want a Facebook page were I can show my cosplay, video's, blog entries and stuff. I think it is a good way to keep everybody who reads my blog up to date.

Next to this online entertainment I am becoming one with my guitar again. Besides becoming one with my guitar again I want to learn to play the drums. I am also practicing once a week with a sweet girl who has the voice of an angel. I am not going to reveal anything more about it. It will be a pleasant surprise :).

Yeah.. so now my head has become empty a bit, haha. I am tired of traveling today. So I am making an end to this entry now.

Do you think this Facebook and youtube thing will be nice? I hope it makes you curious HEHE!

Now here a super nice long track of different kind of ambient songs:

Enjoy your day/night <3 thanks for reading :).

Black Hatsune Miku Wig

Most of you know I am into cosplay and stuff. I love to dress up as animated characters and visit conventions. Usually I need a wig to cosplay a character, because some of them require long locks and others short hair.

This post I will show you my wig I bought at . They have so much to choose from. Not only cosplay, but a lot of other things too.

Me wearing the wig.

It is a black wig with two long pony tails. It looks like Hatsune Miku's hair or more exact even, Black★Rock Shooter. In Japanese: ブラック★ロックシューター. .

Hatsune Miku on your left and right Black★Rock Shooter

I think the wig looks so cute. It fits perfectly and it is so shiny. For all that comfort and prettiness you'd expect it to be expensive right? The truth is: not at all! It was about 20 euro's if I remember right. On the site it says 19 euro's something even now! Affordable and good quality!

Here you can see how long the wig actually is:

The fun thing about this wig is that the pony tails are actually detachable. You can just take them off and wear the wig like you see in the next pictures. Short!

Same wig, without the pony tails.

Theehee~ Such a good investment. I really like the wig, but there are two things I do not like. When having the ponytails attached the wig becomes a bit to heavy to wear a whole day. The second thing is that the pony tails get tangled up quickly if not taken care of properly.

Here are some pictures in action with the wig, haha.

If you want to get a wig similar to this I recommend you to get it at Do you have some good sites to purchase cosplay items? Tell me about it in the comments. I will be more than happy to find out about other sites too.

Thanks for checking out my blog again. Follow me if you want to keep up with my posts. I will most likely follow you back as well :)!
Have a great evening!
